We join the Isle of Man Steam Railway which runs from Douglas on a breathtaking ride down to Port Erin – a Victorian town in the South of the Island. Admission to the fascinating Port Erin Steam Museum is included and also some free time in Port Erin itself.

Note: at times when IOM Steam Railway is not running an alternative excursion will operate.

From Port Erin we head down to the Sound for awesome views of the Calf of Man – a small island off the south coast. We return to Douglas via the towns of Port Mary and Castletown.

Day 4: Today we have a jaunt around the northern half of the Island. From Douglas we head up the coast and stop at while at Ramsey the 2nd largest town after Douglas. From here we head across the Island to Peel on the west coast. Peel is often referred to as a ‘city’ as it is home to the Island’s Cathedral.
