Day 1: First stop, the Gardens of Levens Hall in the Southern Lakes. There are twelve wonderful acres of gardens waiting to be explored and enjoyed including ancient and extraordinary topiary, a romantic old Orchard and magnificent herbaceous borders.
After Levens Hall we go to our hotel: Cumbria Grand, Grange-over-Sands or the Castle Inn Hotel Bassenthwaite for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: After breakfast we a scenic drive through the Lake District National Park to Dalemain House and Gardens - simply one of the most beautiful historic Mansion houses in England.
We finish our time in the Lakes with a cruise on Ullswater Lake on one of the famous Steamer heritage boats which have been pleasure cruising here for 150 years. From Pooley Bridge down to Glenridding where our coach will be waiting.
